I've tried a few things I've seen online to reset the activation period just to see if I can get the system to boot, but have not had any luck. ![]() Calling the telephone support system does not work, even when talking to a live agent, and attempting to activate over the internet also fails. ![]() The system already has a key present in the boxes (blacked out, not sure if it really matters), and generates an installation ID. However, before it will actually let you login, it prompts to activate Windows. It's actually running on a PC build for an arcade machine (Sega Rally 3), so any help would be greatly appreciated.Īfter replacing a faulty motherboard, I was able to get the system to boot up. I'm looking for some help with activating Windows XP Pro SP2. Update: Issue was fixed with another key from an old Dell and telephone activation. ![]()
